Dumpling fetuses live inside their mother until they have developed enough to be born. Unfortunately during this process the dumpling are vulnerable to infection from horrible parasites living inside the mother dumpling. Using your mouse and your (hopefully) quick reflexes, protect, grow, and heal the dumpling and make sure they reach their final stage of growth, and onward to birth!
